If you requested a password reset but didn't receive your password reset email:
Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email account. Sometimes these emails are misdirected.
Check all of the email accounts and mobile numbers connected to your Facebook account. When you request a password reset, you'll see a list of the email addresses and mobile numbers confirmed on your account. You'll have the option to send the password reset email to some or all of these accounts. Note: For security reasons, parts of the email addresses and phone numbers will be hidden (ex: email@example.com, xxxxxxx5555).
Try to reset your password again.
If you still don't receive the email after requesting a password reset a second time, wait 24 hours and try again. We may be experiencing temporary site issues.
If you’re still not receiving your password reset email after the trying the four steps above, contact your Internet Service Provider (ex: Comcast) to make sure they’re not blocking email traffic coming from Facebook.
Tip: If you try to reset your password too many times too quickly, you may be temporarily blocked from requesting a password reset. If this happens, wait 24 hours and try again.
