If you think there's an issue with the game not delivering a good or service, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Payments Tab in your Account Settings
- Click to view your Credits Purchase History
- Verify that your transaction was successful by reviewing the receipt associated with your payment
- Ensure that the item(s) you ordered have not been delivered in your game, noting that it may take up to 4 hours for virtual item purchases to be reflected in your game or app
- If you have confirmed that your item was not delivered, notify the developer of the app by clicking the "Didn't receive this item" link in the Detailed Receipt
- Follow the instructions to notify Facebook and contact the developer regarding your problem receiving virtual items
Please note your game item purchase may occasionally experience errors, in which case the equivalent amount of Facebook Credits may have been deposited into your Facebook Account balance to be used to complete your in-game purchase at a later time.
